Established in 2002, Sonway Asia Limited was first registered in Hong Kong by two entrepreneurs from Papua New Guinea. With a combined total of 45 years trading between the two, Sonway Asia Ltd is being led into the new century with experience and a settled manufacturing base.
Sir Michael Bromley KBE, brings 30 years experience in operating and trading within the wholesale and retail industry. Also with a background in the aviation industry, Sir Michael remains one of the major shareholders in Papua New Guinean based trading giant Steamships.
Ling Chow has built up a respected reputation as a trader over some 15 years. Owning and operating the highly successful Shao Trading Co***ny in Rabaul and Kokopo, Ling Chow brings a wealth of experience from the wholesale and retail trading industry, particularly within the Asian Region.
Sonway Asia Ltd has now opened up offices in Ningbo and Yiwu, Located in Southern China. The office in Ningbo has a fully fitted showroom where prospective buyers can view some of the enormous product range available. Sonway currently source products for clients from Australia, Russia, Papua New Guinea, and the United Arab Emirates. The range is extensive, and with their combined manufacturing contacts and buyers, Sonway Asia Limited can find any product requested or have it made.
